Hum Drums are professional quality 22″ tongue pans handcrafted one at a time and made to order in the lush valley of Udine, in northeastern Italy. Hum Drums are can be played slowly and softly by mallet or more quickly by hand, making them a versatile instrument for sound healing and meditation as well as performance. Beautiful long sustain allows for a deep listening experience.
These exquisite instruments are made of stainless steel and come with a great padded backpack case and set of mallets for a travel ready instrument you can comfortably take anywhere to play. All scales have an extended range of 10-12 notes due to the nested octave notes on the lowest notes of the scale in the same tonal area.
